Someone clicks your link in October and books in February — you still get paid. Most programmes give you thirty days. Ours gives you the best part of a year, because that is how ski holidays are actually planned.

Questions people actually ask.
Do I need to be a business?
No, but you are responsible for declaring what you earn. If you’re VAT-registered, tell us.
When exactly do I get paid?
Commission is confirmed after the session has taken place and the client has paid in full, then paid in the following monthly run once your balance passes €50.
What if the client cancels?
No session, no commission. If a client cancels inside our no-refund window and we keep the fee, you still get your 10% of what we kept.
Can I offer my guests a discount?
Not off your own bat. Talk to us and we’ll set up a proper partner code.
Can I just tell people rather than send a link?
Yes. Ask them to mention your name when they book and we’ll attribute it manually.
Who the affiliate programme is built for
The affiliate programme works best for people who are already standing next to the guest: hotels and chalet operators on the Arlberg, ski instructors and mountain guides, rental shops, concierges and event organisers, and anyone running a group trip who wants the week documented properly.
There is nothing to install and nothing to manage. You get a link, the cookie lasts 360 days, and you are paid 10% of every session booked through it once the balance passes €50. Referrals do not expire at the end of the week — if your guest comes back next winter through the same link, that still counts.
Most of the traffic on the Arlberg is seasonal, and the booking peaks follow the snow. The St. Anton am Arlberg tourist board publishes the season dates and lift opening times each year, and that is usually the point where enquiries start moving.
